Fight for Life

Today everything seems out of control.

Plan crashed down.

But I'm rather proud of myself.

Because despite of everything that look so messy, I found myself to be rather calm.

Frustration is not even close. It wasn't even there.

Surprising enough, Calm was in the air and everywhere I turned.

Today I learnt one vital element; that I'm growing and for that I'm glad and couldn't ask for more.

Today is not a fairytale

It has been a long day today.

A long but wonderful day.

A day with hopes and support and encouragement and great energy.

Not forgetting a day filled with Nescafe, hahaha.

A day where I suddenly became a broke girl, because I forgot my purse, hahha.

Apart from the purse thing, everything's else was just great, really.

Hope and look forward for tomorrow.

Oh my, I just love my life ^_^

Adrenaline rush! I love my life!

I love my life, really, I do.

I love the passion that sometimes I do notice I have, haha.

I love the experiments I'm doing, seriously I do.

I love my parents, that's for sure, obviously.

I love everyone in my life and couldn't ask for more.

Life's great, though sometimes it presented me with pain, but that'll easily forgotten, for there'll always be something else to cure the day.

I love driving, really do, honestly.

I even once dreamt about becoming a female F1 driver when I was younger, hahha (okay, laugh, I don't mind, hahaha)

It's like flying (though I had no idea how does it feel to be flying, ahhaa) when I drive. But not to worry, I only do that when I drive alone, and when I'm heading home late, very late at night.
Adrenaline rush just got me I supposed, haha.

Donuts and Birthdays in relation with Books

Today I had a very interesting day, really interesting day.

In fact, my friends too had interesting day today.

And it all thanks to Birthdays-Donuts-Books.

Thanks to Zeiad, for its his birthday today. Thanks to him because it became an excuse for us to have some fun, kept asking for yummy birthday cake from him, hihihi. The party should be bigger, but what to do, Muath and Kak Ena can't make it, so we were left to four. We bought a dozen of donuts from J.Co, yummy ones, hihhii, have fun at choosing our donuts, great time! Happy birthday to you Zeiad ^_^ and thank you for buying Kak Shirin, Kak Marine and me each a refreshing drinks, hihi.

The fun didn't stop there though, for we went up to Borders to window shopping for books (supposedly), but being me, I just can't stop myself from buying books, especially when I suddenly eyed a book about vampire love story, ahhaha.

So off I went, to the nearest ATM machine, to withdraw money and rushed back to the store to buy the book, fearing someone might steal the book, ahhaha (ya, that'll happen if I had a twin ^_^)

Anyway, the book's title is Love Bites by Lynsay Sands.

But I think (as I walked to and from the ATM machine), it was as if I had burnt all the energy the donuts had supplied me, because the distance from Borders to the ATM machine was really long, Borders was on the southern wing of the mall, while the ATM machine was on the northern wing, ahahha.

So I suppose the relation of books, donuts and birthdays is that today is Zeiad's birthday which enabled us to savoured some delicious donuts, many flavours actually, hihi, then coincidently a visit to the book store which attracted me to buy a book.

Which in a final conclusion got me thinking, we should do this more often and on the 1st of March should be another day of fun, because we'll be celebrating Kak Marine's birthday, yay! ^_^

Okay, full stop.

Bapakku ^_^ (My Father)

Yesterday was really amusing for our house and everyone in it.

Everybody was sneezing and running after handkerchiefs and face tissues - of course, hehe.

Wait, I'm trying to remember what else had happened that were funny..................................................hmm......oh my, sorry I think I forgot everything else except only 1 thing that I'll sure remember.

It was in the evening, to be more accurate it was during sunset.
Bapak was in his usual comfortable spot - right in front of his pc, playing his favourite game ever, NFS, when he suddenly yelled for Mama (yeah I know its a strange combination Bapak - Mama)

Mama was not really pleased though, because she was busy with the drama series on tv she's following. But because it was her husband calling, she went down to see what was his need.
Not later than a minute, I heard they laughed like they always did, so I thought there must be something funny they were sharing. But because I was sending an email to someone, I ignored the temptation of going downstairs to find out the cause of their laugh.

However (and I was not surprised at all), they both called for me. And later I was running downstairs to Bapak.

He said "Come stand behind my chair, exactly behind my chair, okay? Now, tell me what do you see?"

Puzzled and should I also say bedazzled (hahha, somehow I suddenly remember that movie), I replied, "If you mean something else beside the our window and curtains and then the windows of the front house; I think I should say I'm seeing a spot of mirror image of the sun during sunset".

To tell you the truth, I was kind of afraid that I'll get a knock on the back of my head for elaborating details, hahhaha.

But lucky me, Bapak only laughed and said "Yeah, true right? I thought it was something else you know, before I took a deeper look and thought about what I saw too before I called both of you".

"So, what did you thought it was initially, Bapak?"

"I thought it was going to be KIAMAT (end of the world), because that front house is on the east and sun never goes down on the east".

It'll surely will be a kiamat one day, but it was not yesterday.

Moments and people I'll never trade, luv them so much ^_^

Me in Mama

Today I discovered something - it's something that I thought funny, bizarre, odd, and funny again - it's about me actually, hehe.

I had just been told that my Mama delivered me into this wonderful world via c-section - not this one though, I've known this my entire life -the one that I've just been told is why Mama had me through c-section. Its because my position in her womb was something that is called "Breech" in medical term. Breech means I had my butt / legs (not sure, she did said, but I can't recalled, due to bad memory I seem to have these few days, LOL) first, rather than my head, hehhe.

To think that even being born I was already naughty, I guess it explains why I'm such a big teaser to Mama, ahahahaha. I can't think of a single day that I didn't tease or bother or annoy her, hehhe.

It must have been really painful for Mama to have carried me in her womb with me being so active, like she said I was ^_^

There's another fact that I learnt about me today, - I was 3.5kg when Mama delivered me.
I suppose, I had enough of being fat (since I was the heaviest of all my siblings during delivery, hehe), perhaps that's why the cells in my body are telling each other to not let me get chubby or near the NORMAL WEIGHT , hehe. They want me to be skinny this time around, they rather stay skinny, not much work I suppose, hehehe.

Anyway, today's epic tale of me from my Mama's womb into this wonderful, blessed world is of course one thing that I'll sure treasure all my life.

From Mama's womb to the world.

Meletup!!

Pagi ini time berbual-bual dgn Kak Shirin (salah seorang senior saya yang sangat baik), kami tetiba menimbulkan perkataan "meletup" ini dalam perbualan..hihi, walaupun actually perbualan kami berkisar tentang benda lain, perkataan "meletup" itu sort of keep hanging at the back of my mind during the conversation and triggered some memories relating to that word.

Hahaha, I think sometimes I have some character of Chuck (it's one of my favourite tv series actually, hehehe), which when Chuck sees something, it'll triggers his mind to related events about the thing he saw. Hahaha, it's crazy how close our lives can be with those portrayed on tv, but most of the time I found it rather cute, hahaha ^_^

Tapi yang saya nak kongsi di sini bukanlah tentang handphone nya, perhaps some other time, when my mind is triggered by some other word / topic, hehe.

Namun, instead of helping her, saya suruh Mama buat sendiri, sebab saya dah penat menunjukkan hari-hari macam mana dan mana nak klik kalau nak exit game Bapak.

Menurut Kak Shirin (yep, I used to have a dream of becoming a reporter ^_^), hal ni berlaku masa dia kanak-kanak. Dia menonton tv sampai lewat malam, alone.

Dia bagitau ibunya, terus ibunya datang matikan sumber elektrik tv tu. Lepas tu, tv tu dah tak dapat ditonton lagi dah, hihihi.

Agaknya memang betul jugak na, tv boleh meletup kalau tonton lama-lama sangat eh??

Hmm, sepatutnya, saya ada lagi satu cerita tentang "meletup" ni...unfortunately, saya dah terlupa pulak dah apa cerita nya..Lately saya mengalami masalah cepat sangat terlupa apa yang saya tengah fikir, hahaha, jangan lepas ni terlupa nama sendiri sudah la ^_^

Kentut

Ya, tajuknya kentut, memang awak tak salah tengok, hehehe

Tajuk entry ni diinspirasikan oleh satu cerita yang saya pernah dengar a few years back, umm, perhaps I was 15 or 16 that time. Yang nyebabkan saya teringat cerita kentut ni adalah sebab hari ni ada family members saya yang makan kacang dan kentut, hihihi n believe me, its not me okay, hehehe.

Masa dengar cerita nih, saya teringat bapak saya yang tak sempat pun nak dengar cerita ni sampai habis, sebab dia dah sakit perut gelak, hehhe (agaknya memang keturunan gelak kot, entahla)

Adala satu couple laki bini, depa nih baru kahwin. Nak kata baru sangat tak jugak, tapi dalam lingkungan satu tahun cam tu. Nak dijadikan cerita, satu hari on the way nak balik umah lepas keja, si suami punya keta rosak, then terpaksa hantar masuk workshop untuk repair.

Tapi bila letak punggung kat gerai ni dan ternampak pulak deretan telur rebus yang nampak sangat menarik tu, dia jadi kecur liur, lalu masa order makan, dia mintak sekali telur rebus extra. Selesai makan dia pun bangun nak beredar dari gerai tu, nak kembali ke workshop. Terpegun dengan deretan telur rebus tadi, dia tawar menawar dengan tokey gerai supaya si tokey mau jual beberapa biji telur rebus tu kat dia. Tawar punya tawar, dapatlah dia membeli beberapa biji telur rebus (banyak jugak la) tu.

Kembali ke workshop, kereta dia pun dah siap baiki, lalu lepas selesaikan bil, dia pun beransur, menuju ke rumah. Sepanjang perjalanan ke rumah, sambil drive, dia makan telur rebus yang dah siap dikupas kulitnya tu dengan rakusnya (ya la, nanti balik rumah takut bini merajuk lak kalu dapat tau dia balik ke tabiat pelik ni). Memang kenyang sungguh la cik abang sorang ni hari tu, menelan beberapa biji telur rebus, hehehe.

Sampai je kat porch rumah, bini dia keluar sambut dia sambil berkata "Bang, saya ada surprise untuk abang hari ni, jadi saya nak blind fold abang dulu, nanti saya bukakkan ye, tapi abang janji tau jangan bukak dulu blind fold ni nanti sampai saya bukak nanti, janji ye?"

Si suami lak, sayang bini nya hal, "Ye lah, tak bukaklah, tunggu awak bukakkan, janji".

Tersenyum senyum sorang teringat gelagat sendiri meratah telur rebus dengan enaknya. "Mujurla biniku tak tau, kalu tak, bising la dia nanti, " fikirnya sambil tersenyum senyum sumbing.

"Kibas kibas sikit aah, nanti berbau lagi jenuh".

Pastu dengar tapak kaki bininya datang dari arah dapur, dia pun cepat je betulkan kedudukan duduknya, kononnya biar bini tak ada syak apa apa. Bininya datang dekatnya dan kata "Saya bukakkan ya bang, surprise!" Blind fold ditarik, sambil menenyeh nenyeh mata yang terasa kabur dek ditutup lama, dia terpana memandang ke depan, tepi kiri kanan. Ayah, mak dan jiran sebelah laki bini sedang merenungnya dengan pandangan bak singa lapar!

P/s: saya menulis cerita ini di saat saya sangat mengantuk, tapi kerana perlu baca buku, saya gagahkan jugak la, biaq mata terbukak sikit dgn crita yg harapnya leh ngundang gelak ketawa, supaya tak mengantuk, hehe.

Maafkan bahasa saya yang berantakan sana sini...

Lets go back to the book, hehhe

Mamaku dan mood halimah jongangnya :-D

Di saat saya tergesa-gesa nak melaksanakan amanat-amanat nya sebelum tu, saya macam dengar Mama memanggil-manggil lagi. Bila berpaling menghadapnya, Mama tengah dok seronok ketawa dengan penuh bersungguh-sungguh. Sungguhnya dia gelak sampai hampir tak terkeluar suaranya, ahahaha, sampai terkatup biji biji matanya, ahahha. Saya yang tak tahu hujung pangkal gelak ketawanya tu, pun terikut sekali gelak, dah memang jadi sifat saya kot, gelak bila tengok orang lain gelak, ahahha, tambah tambah bila cara mereka gelak sangat menggeletek hatiku, ahhaha.

Seminit dua, baru dia stop. Itu pun lepas buat buat muka serius ku yg famous tu, ahhahaha. Word pertama yang keluar dari mulut insan kesayangan saya ni, "Halimah jongang", pastu Mama continue gelak lagi. ahhaha, sungguh la saya tak faham apa masalahnya dengan Halimah jongang yg mampu buat Mama saya sangat terhibur ni.

Lepas dia dah boleh kawal gelak ketawanya, dia pun bercerita la tentang Halimah jongangnya. Katanya, semalam dia tonton cerita Halimah jongang kat tv, sangat lawak.

Lepas habis lagunya, si halimah pun tanya la kepada kedua dua pendendang lagu tadi, sapa punya idea nak cipta lagu tu dgn tersenyum senyum. It turned out yang pencipta lagu tu adalah matrock spanar jaya rupanya.

(hihihihi)"

How I Met Her...

It was the first day of the orientation week.
Forced to walk from here to there, marching like a horde of soon-to-be army.
Legs were of unspeakable tiredness.
It has been so long since I last did that kind of walk.
Then, there was the mosque. I saw her in the entrance, the sliding door, she stood still.
She had the strangest looking eyes I ever witnessed anywhere, I swear! Kind of small, but big at the same time, but they look as if they barely opened.
And she was staring hard at me and I'm just annoyed by the fact that she was standing near the door, not caring to move an inch.
She didn't smile, for I suppose she didn't see me smiled either.
That was the last time I saw her, at least I thought so.

The orientation week was finally over. Can't recalled how many times did in a week mama were forced to listen of me mumbling how miserable my week was.

Then, there was the time in the lecture hall. It was for the education loan.
The speaker suddenly announced that those with names starting with "N" need to be in the opposite lecture hall. And I, as always, not caring to know who was sitting beside me, simply turned right and boldly asked that person to please look after my bag. Of course, that person simply said yes, after a short weird shot to my face. And strangely speaking, that person happened to be the girl with the strange-looking-eyes again.

I dashed out of the hall, went to the opposite hall. After it all ended, I went back to the first hall, to look for my bag, of course. Went out of the hall and suddenly someone patted my back. Turning around, I saw her again, this time, she was smiling. And she said sorry for leaving my bag there, because she too needed to be in the opposite hall. She looked really different that time, her eyes were certainly the same, but they were shining bright with honesty, and she was smiling, that makes her looked different than the first time I saw her, at the mosque. She was glowing.

We chatted and it turned out that we were in the same hostel and the houses were actually really near. Hers were behind mine. And to add to the list, we were in the same class! Phone numbers exchanged and promises were made to walk to classes together. How exciting! I went to sleep feeling excited, for knowing somebody, with my arrogant-look and care-less-look I owned.

The first semester quickly ended and second semester strolled in.
We became room mates, as we requested.
We quickly adapted to each other's lifestyle. She was really down to earth and sincere and really nice.
She was and still a really nice joker, though she won't be admitting that anyway.
But one thing always bothered me though, sometimes she spoke to me in a tone that I can't bear.
She can be really loud and I thought she was mad at me when she talked like that.
Most of the time I got really emotional because I am quite sensitive and every time needed to stop those tear drops from falling. But because I knew she was and is a nice person, one day I just asked her, were she mad at me that she need to speak to me in such loud voice. It wasn't easy for me to ask such question, for I thought it'll cause her discomfort.

But to my surprise, she laughed out loud! Then she said she was not mad at me, at all. Its just her way, that sometimes she did talk, loud. And she laughed again, over the fact that I was nearly crying each time she talked like that. Hahahahahaha, what a great laugh we had that time. I did cry anyway, for laughing all my heart, not for fearing she was mad at me.

She's a friend of mine, up and down through any joy and sorrow.

Thanks for being a dear friend for me all the way...
